Senate Bill No. 477 - - "A Bill to amend and reenact §4-1-23 of the Code of West Virginia, 1931, as amended, relating to reports to be filed with the Legislature; requiring copies of the reports to be submitted to the Legislative Librarian; requiring the copies to be submitted as required by the Legislative Manager or in electronic form via the Internet; and providing that failure to comply is nonfeasance."
